Aare Adetola Emmanuel-King, Founder and Chairman of Adron Homes and Properties Limited, has restated the company’s strong commitment to preserving and respecting Nigeria’s rich cultural heritage and traditional institutions, describing them as key partners in sustainable national development.
He made this known after a landmark courtesy visit to the House of Oduduwa on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, where he was hosted by His Imperial Majesty, Kabiyesi Arole Oduduwa, Olofin Adimula, the Oonirisa of Ife, HIM Oba Adeyeye Enitan Babatunde Ogunwusi, CFR, Ojaja II.
Aare Emmanuel-King explained that Adron Homes’ engagement with royal institutions cuts across ethnic and regional lines, reflecting the company’s broader national outlook and respect for all cultural custodians across Nigeria.
According to him, Adron’s partnership with traditional rulers goes beyond the South-West, recognising the vital role of indigenous institutions in promoting unity, stability, and meaningful development nationwide.
“At Adron Homes, we believe land is sacred, and development must be carried out with deep respect for culture, history, and traditional authority — not only in the South-West but across every region of Nigeria,” he said.
The Adron CEO also highlighted the company’s expanding footprint across several states, noting its contributions to housing delivery, job creation, and economic empowerment. He added that genuine progress is best achieved when modern business aligns with indigenous values and institutions.
As part of Adron’s long-term vision, Aare Emmanuel-King announced plans for a landmark luxury estate, ORISUN WHITE PARADISE RESORT, a 200-acre project in Ile-Ife designed to combine modern luxury with cultural identity and tourism.
