Ota, Ogun State | October 2026

Hon. Olanrewaju Abayomi Bashorun, popularly known as Larrybash, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for the House of Representatives in Ado-Odo/Ota Federal Constituency, has presented data pads and other support packages to Coordinating and Specialised Ambassadors to strengthen grassroots mobilisation ahead of the 2027 general election.

The presentation took place at Bashorun’s Okede Office in Ota, Ogun State, following the submission of reports by the ambassadors on their activities, community engagement and mobilisation efforts.

Bashorun commended the ambassadors for their commitment to the party’s grassroots mobilisation campaign, urging them to strengthen their teams, sustain their efforts and expand engagement with residents across their respective communities.

He also encouraged them to adopt effective outreach strategies and maintain regular contact with eligible voters while promoting the party and its candidates ahead of the election.

The mobilisation campaign is expected to support the following APC candidates:

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu — seeking a second term as President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola (Yayi) — for Governor of Ogun State; Hon. Jimoh Olushola Ojugbele — for Ogun West Senatorial District; Hon. Olanrewaju Abayomi Bashorun (Larrybash) — for the House of Representatives, Ado-Odo/Ota Federal Constituency; APC candidates for the Ogun State House of Assembly — for Ado-Odo/Ota State Constituencies I and II.

Bashorun emphasised the importance of unity, teamwork, effective communication and sustained grassroots engagement in building a strong political structure ahead of the election.

The tablets and other support materials are intended to enhance the ambassadors’ reporting, coordination and field operations as preparations for the 2027 general election continue.
