Fearless Energy Drink Throws Weight Behind ‘Chaos in the Ring’ Celebrity Fight |Omohglobalnews

The number one energy drink, Fearless Energy Drink of Rite Foods Limited, is injecting the right energy into the highly anticipated celebrity fight dubbed “Chaos in the Ring” between the popular singer, Portable, and the top actor and comedian, Charles Okocha, on Friday, 31st July, 2026.

At today's press conference, anticipation for Chaos in the Ring reached new heights as celebrity fighters Habeeb Okikiola (Portable) and Charles Okocha (Mr Algorithm) came face-to-face in an intense pre-fight stare-down. The highly charged face-off reflected the determination, confidence, and competitive spirit of both contenders, setting the stage for what promises to be an electrifying and Fearless showdown on Friday.

The bout reignites a rivalry that began in December 2023, when the pair first met in the ring at Landmark Beach, Victoria Island, Lagos. During the face-off, Portable confidently reminded his opponent of the outcome of their first encounter, declaring, "You don chop am before... you go chop am again," suggesting that history would repeat itself.

Unfazed by the taunts, Charles Okocha maintained his composure throughout the exchange, displaying confidence and resilience in the face of Portable's fiery remarks. Responding with equal conviction, Okocha dismissed his opponent, saying, "This chicken leg… let's see how it goes on Friday," signalling his determination to reverse the result of their previous meeting and emerge victorious in the much-anticipated Fearless meet.

The fight between the two entertainment stars will take place at the Balmoral Convention Centre, Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos, with lots of fun-seekers and Nigerians from the entertainment space waiting to see who will emerge the winner of the Fearless battle of positive energy.

With Fearless Energy Drink as the headline energy drink sponsor of the great fight, the contestants will be energised with the positive energy of the brand that has dictated the pace in its market segment, as the first energy drink brand to introduce the polyethene terephthalate (PET) bottle packaging for its products, the Fearless Classic and Fearless Red Berry variants, which are also in cans.

As a market disruptor and award-winning brand, the Fearless Energy Drink, with its DNA of the “I CAN, I AM’ spirit, will feature the fight, which will also feature other celebrities such as Idowest and Mr Real; Shiloh Defreitas of Great Britain aka 'Sugar Shy' vs Eric 'Kojo' Quarm of Ghana; and Rilwan Lawal Vs Yusuf Adeniji, both Nigerians.

Also, there will be a fight between Basit Adebayo of Nigeria and Said Chino of Tanzania

This has heightened curiosity among Nigerians in the entertainment realm about who will win, as displayed during the press conference organised at the Balmoral Convention Centre in Ikeja, Lagos, on Wednesday, 29th July 2026.

At the session, the Brand Manager of Fearless Energy Drink at Rite Foods Limited, Olaniyi Aderuku, affirmed that the sponsorship underscores the brand’s connection with consumers in their lifestyle activities, powering initiatives that resonate with boldness, courage, action, and the daring spirit to attain success in all endeavours.

He stated that ‘Chaos In the Ring’ is another platform where the brand will showcase its revitalising flavour, instigating the action it represents in the contestants, who are determined to come up with their best.

On the other hand, the Group Chief Executive Officer of Balmoral Group, West Africa’s leading 360° events solutions company, Ezekiel Adamu, described the competition as an opportunity to showcase African talent among young Nigerians in entertainment, attract international partnerships, and create new opportunities in the sports ecosystem.
