Adron Homes has once again demonstrated its leadership in Nigeria’s real estate sector, receiving an Appreciation Award from the Lagos State Government through the Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development.
The award was presented on October 6, 2025, during the World Habitat Day celebration in Lagos, themed “Urban Crisis Response: Flooding in Focus.” The event convened policymakers, industry experts, and key stakeholders to explore innovative strategies for addressing urban development challenges, particularly flooding and environmental sustainability.
Speaking at the event, the Honourable Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, Dr. Oluyinka Olumide, commended Adron Homes for its “outstanding service and support toward sustainable urban growth.” He noted that the company’s contributions to housing, infrastructure development, and community planning have complemented government efforts in building inclusive, resilient, and livable cities.
Receiving the award on behalf of the company, Mrs. Adenike Ajobo, Managing Director of Adron Homes, expressed heartfelt appreciation to the Lagos State Government, stating:
