“Staying Physically Fit Enhances Good Health,” Legislator Advises as He Unveils Fitness Centre in Ota |Omohglobalnews

The Majority Leader of the Ogun State House of Assembly and representative of Ado-Odo/Ota State Constituency 1, Hon. Sherif Yusuf, has emphasized the importance of physical fitness in maintaining overall good health. He gave this charge while commissioning the newly established Unique 360 Fitness Centre in Ota, Ogun State.

Speaking at the event, Hon. Yusuf noted that beyond eating nutritious meals, staying physically active plays a significant role in promoting a healthy lifestyle. He commended the proprietors of Unique 360 for their foresight in siting such a well-equipped facility in the heart of Ota, stating that it would greatly benefit residents of Ota and neighboring communities.

“This fitness centre is a welcome development. It will not only create a hub for health and wellness but also encourage more people to take their fitness seriously,” the lawmaker stated.

In his remarks, the Centre Manager, Orisadare Murtala, shared the motivation behind the establishment of Unique 360. According to him, the goal is to create a wellness-driven community where everyone has the opportunity to lead a healthier life.

Guests and fitness enthusiasts present at the unveiling praised the strategic location of the facility, describing it as easily accessible to both Lagos and Ota residents.

Unique 360 Fitness Centre is located along Osi-Navy Road, opposite the Local Government Staff Quarters, Ota, Ogun State.
