Hon. Jimoh Ojugbele who contested under the APC platform during the last Primary Election have made it known to the public that the APC candidate's name for House of Representatives released by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), is not reliable, until judgement served.
Ojugbele had filed a case at Federal High Court, Abeokuta to claim his mandate and the court proceedings on the case had gone through three adjournment.
He, had alleged that the INEC who had already debunked the claims made by Akinosi in their report and affidavit submitted before the court still went ahead by releasing Akinosi name as APC candidate when the full hearing at the court will begin in a week time.
Reacting to the list released by INEC on Tuesday, Ojugbele said, "we are in court, and so, a list released by INEC in the case of APC Ado-Odo/Ota House of Representatives means nothing for election until the case is decided. And soon, it will.
"Let the ignorant rejoice, their eyes will soon open to reality".
Hon. Ojugbele also debunked the settlement rumor with Akinosi and assure his people that his mandate still stand till the court gives the final judgement.
"The Good people of Ado-Odo/Ota knows this and they are well informed about the court process"

"It is just a dream, it is well known that a structure built on an illegal foundation will crumble".
